Dogs for Adoption

All of our dogs are in foster homes. A foster home is a temporary living situation for pets in our program while they are awaiting placement in a permanent home. Foster families provide shelter, food, care and love. The number of animals we can save depends entirely on the number of people who open their homes and hearts to foster them. After each dog there is contact information of the foster parent for that particular animal. Our adoption fee for dogs is $100 to cover the spay/neuter of the dog, vaccinations needed and any other medical expenses that may have occurred.

BUDDY

BUDDY, M, 2 Years Old, Brittany Spaniel. This guy was found out wandering Lawton when some nice people took him. He is a high energy dog. He will need to be exercised daily with walks or trips to the dog park. He is extremely smart, sweet and lovable. Buddy's tail is always wagging and he is one happy go lucky dog. He will need a 6ft fence because when he sees a bird he will go after it--it is in his nature. He would definitely benefit from some obedience training. Buddy gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is also really good with kids. He is current with shots including rabies and will be neutered next week. ELIJAH

ELIJAH--M, 8 weeks old, Border Collie. He was turned into the Humane Society when his owners just couldn't take care of him anymore. He is extremely adventurous and very smart, He is a very happy puppy with no cares in the world. Elijah gets along with all the dogs and cats I have right now. He has had his first set of puppy shots and deworming. We are working on housebreaking with him by kennel training. You will need to be patient and consistent when it comes to housebreaking and chewing--offering him many chew toys and bones. MYSTIC

MYSTIC-- F, Approximately 8-10 weeks of age and a Lab/Spaniel Collie Mix. She is the runt of the liter. Mystic is very shy and not quite sure of anything that is around her. She prefers to hide behind her brother and sisters. She loves to be held and petted. Mystic will also need time and patience to bring her out of her shell and to housetraining her, which we have started with kenneling. She was barking at my broom the other day and trying to grab it too. Mystic has had her first set of puppy shots and a deworming. ONYX

ONYX-- M. Approximately 8-10 weeks of age and a Lab/Spaniel Collie Mix. He is an explorer who loves to try and be the first at everything. It appears as if nothing scares him. Onyx and Opal are buddies. He will need someone to be patient with him as he works through his housebreaking. Onyx will also need lots of chew toys because he like to chew on everything. Puppies can be very hard work but also rewarding at the same time. Training and Exercise will need to be must for Onyx and his siblings. He has had his first set of puppy shots and deworming. OPAL

OPAL-- F, Approximately 8-10 weeks old, Lab/Spaniel Collie Mix. She is the biggest one we have and she has a little white on her back paws and her chin. These pups mother was abandoned and a nice family took her in and helped with her pups and now they are ready to find a home. She is the explorer of the bunch along with Onyx. They are curious about everything. Opal will need lots of chew toys and consistence when it comes to housebreaking. She has also had her first set of shots and dewormings. TRIXIE

TRIXIE, F, Shar-pei mix, approximately 5-6 months old. Current with all shots, microchipped and spayed. She is a lover and loves attention. She loves to chase the other dogs around the backyard. She is kennel trained. Trixie also is very vocal when she wants out or attention. MISSY

MISSY - F, Rottweiler/Lab Mix, 7 years old. Missy is a dog that LOVES people and
attention, but doesn't tolerate small dogs. She is spayed and up to date on her

AMBER

AMBER - F, Pit Mix, approximately 1 1/2 years old. Amber is a very very sweet girl who loves, cats, dogs and kids... She is very obedient and smart. She has a very sweet disposition and will make a loving pet to anyone who adopts her. She is
